services & fees · all fixed, all invoiced

the menu is short, the prices are on it, and the kettle’s on.

Three engagements, each with a fixed fee you see before we begin. Choose the one that matches the trouble you’re in; if you can’t tell which, send us your domain and we’ll say so kindly, in writing, within one working day.

the technical audit: every url google can reach, read closely

We crawl the site the way a search engine does, read your logs for what it actually does, and write up what’s in the way. Every finding names the URL pattern, the exact change, and how your developer can check it worked — a ticket, not a sermon.

  • crawl, index & render reviewUp to 50,000 URLs: status codes, canonicals, faceted paths, JavaScript rendering, sitemaps, internal linking.
  • log-file readingWhere Googlebot spends its time, and where it ought to. Send an export if you can pull one — we’ll send a two-minute guide.
  • a prioritised fix listSorted by effort against payoff, so your team can start on Monday.
  • a 60-minute walk-throughEveryone who’ll do the work, one call, the document open — then a month of follow-up questions by email.

the penalty recovery plan: the cause, then the way back

A manual action or an algorithm update stops everybody’s week. Send us the notice or the date traffic fell and we’ll read it the same working day. The plan dates your drop against your own history, finds what triggered it, and sets out the repair in order.

  • diagnosis, datedManual actions and algorithmic drops lined up against your releases, migrations and content changes.
  • link & thin-content clean-upWhich links to disavow or earn back, which pages to improve, merge or retire.
  • reconsideration requestDrafted by us, where a manual action applies, with the evidence laid out.
  • six weeks of fortnightly check-insThree calls while the fixes ship, so the second week of implementation never goes unanswered.

combining engagements

pairs that work well together

Many teams start with one and add another once the first has shipped. We’ll never bundle for the sake of it — but if two make sense, we’ll say so.

  • audit, then roadmap. Fix the foundations first, then plan what to build on them — $4,700 across the two.
  • recovery plan, then roadmap. Once traffic is steady again, point it somewhere — $6,145 across the two.

before you write

what’s included, and what isn’t

Do you make the changes on our site?

No. We never edit your site or ask for server logins. Read-only Search Console and analytics access is plenty; we write the changes, and your team ships them.

When is the invoice sent?

After we confirm the fit and the fee in writing — one invoice per engagement, on day three. Nothing is added later; if your scope changes, we tell you before the invoice does.

Can you promise rankings?

No — nobody honest can. We promise a document your developers can act on, a walk-through call where every question is welcome, and follow-up afterwards. What we find is specific; what Google does next is Google’s.

We run a small brochure site. Is this right for us?

Probably not, and we’ll say so kindly. Our engagements suit e-commerce catalogues and SaaS sites with hundreds or thousands of URLs.

Can we have evenings for the walk-through?

Yes. Daytime is Mon–Fri 9:30am–4pm; evening calls are by appointment — just ask when you reserve.
